29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: On or about October 25, 2023, an employee was working over six feet high from the second floor of a new home under construction without the use of a fall protection system, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
