29 CFR 1910.95(i)(2): The employer did not ensure that hearing protectors were worn by employees whose exposures equaled or exceeded an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) HPK Area, Feather pushing: On or about April 15, 2024, the employer did not ensure that hearing protection was worn by a employee exposed to continuous noise dose of 479.7% or a time weighted average of 101.3 dBA. This exposure was observed over a 537-minute sampling period with zero exposure assume for the 3 minutes. b) HPK area, Hock Tower: On or about April 15, 2024, the employer did not ensure that hearing protection was worn an employee exposed to continuous noise dose of 316.6% or a time weighted average of 98.3 dBA.
