29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings shall be provided with covers identified for the purpose. If metal covers are used, they shall be grounded. In completed installations, each outlet box shall have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. Covers of outlet boxes having holes through which flexible cord pendants pass shall be provided with bushings designed for the purpose or shall have smooth, well-rounded surfaces on which the cords may bear. a) In the shop located at 7211 Anderson Rd, Tampa, FL 33614: On or about 3/20/2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that conduit fixture canopy's in the shop ceiling were missing covers exposing energized wires. b) In the shop located at 7211 Anderson Rd, Tampa, FL 33614: On or about 3/20/2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that outlet boxes attached to support beams were missing covers exposing energized wires. c) In the shop located at 7211 Anderson Rd, Tampa, FL 33614: On or about 3/20/2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that an outlet box under working tables were missing faceplates exposing energized wires. d) In the shop located at 7211 Anderson Rd, Tampa, FL 33614: On or about 3/20/2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that outlets boxes near the stairs in the rear of the shop were missing covers exposing energized wires.
