29 CFR 1926.62(i)(3)(ii): Where shower facilities were available, the employer did not ensure that employees showered at the end of the work shift: (a) On or about 05/01/2024 at the MTA-F line a 2.10-mile-long elevated steel structure from Kings Highway above McDonald Ave/Shell Road/West 6th Street and West 8th Street, abrasive blasters were leaving the worksite without showering at the end of the workday. The employer did not ensure that employees showered at the end of the work shift.
