29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: a. At 3766 Townsend Oak Court: On or about February 24, 2024, the employer exposed tree removal employees to hazards of excessive blood loss, infection, electric shock, burns, and cardiac arrest in that the employer did not provide first aid supplies or training needed to render employees' immediate aid.
