29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and were not dead front. However, panelboards other than the dead front externally operable type are permitted where accessible only to qualified persons: On or about February 16, 2024, and times prior to, the employer did not ensure the electrical panel boxes had a dead front enclosure to prevent electrical hazards. (a) Level 1, Small electrical panel box, 220 volts that powers the refrigerator and is connected to a main 480 volts electrical panel box. (b) Level 2, Main electrical panel box, 480 volts that powers all machinery and offices.
