29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. a) 851-859 Communipaw Ave., Jersey City, NJ The employer did not ensure that Werner pump jack scaffolds were erected and secured at the base. Employees were working at a height of approximately 42 feet, while installing EFIS to the building exterior without having the scaffold pole base secured to the structure, which affected the stability of the scaffolds and prevented displacement. Violation occurred on or about 02/02/2024
