29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) At the 1508 George Jenkins Blvd, Lakeland, Florida: On or about 1/30/2024; at the KM16 Trim Saw area, employees were exposed to smoke, and fire hazards, in that, the portable fire extinguishers location was blocked.
