29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. a) On or about and at times prior to November 2, 2023, at the previously addressed inspection site, chains and sprocket wheels of the Marq case erector machine less than seven feet above floors were not enclosed exposing employees to ingoing nip points, crushing hazards and amputation hazards.
