29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard. On or about December 6, 2023, and at times prior thereto, in the storage area, the storage and stacking of pallets of potatoes created a hazard: a. Totes of potatoes were being stored on wooden pallets that were damaged and bowed. b. The racking system, where totes of potatoes were stacked, showed signs of deflection.
