29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: On or about December 16, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were not trained to recognize the presence of hazardous energy sources and the means to isolate them, exposing employees to struck-by, caught-in, amputation, electric shock, chemical and thermal hazards while performing maintenance, servicing, and cleaning operations.
