29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a.) Country Fair, Inc. #9, 1459 E. State Street, Sharon, PA 16146, back storage room - On or about 12/18/23, and times prior thereto, items including, but not limited to, cardboard boxes of merchandise, a desk and a floor cleaner were stored within 6 inches of the front of the electrical panel boxes. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
