29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed. LOCATION: The worksite at Ridge Rd. in Milton, MA On or about October 6th, 2023 the employees of R&G Home Improvement were exposed to fall injuries when Scorpion Construction Group did not ensure that the portable ladders used for access to upper landing surfaces side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed.
