29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) On or about 11/28/2023 at the southeast side of the building; an employee was using an aerial lift to perform roofing work on the side of the building, approximately 40 feet in height. The employee was placing 4x8 sheets of plywood on the roof on the side of the building. The employee was tied off using a rope lifeline that had excessive slack which enabled the employee to fall more than 6 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
