29 CFR 1910.184(d): Each day before being used, the sling and all fastenings and attachments were not being inspected for damage or defects by a competent person designated by the employer: (a) On or about 11/21/2023 - Shop Area, the employer did not ensure inspections of slings were conducted before each use when conducting rigging activities, exposing employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
