29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: a.) On or about November 16, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards due to the lack of guarding on the inline saw's rotating shaft in the saw room. There was an exposed shaft that projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft towards the operator.
