29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: 1) Drive-Thru Arm Assembly: On or about October 31, 2023; and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from an automatic arm assembly station with the flexible cord that did not have strain relief. 2) Drive-Thru Payment Terminal: On or about October 31, 2023; and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from the payment terminal electrical box flexible cord that did not have strain relief.
