29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: On or about October 24, 2023, in the Plant 1 and Plant 2 Refrigeration Engine Room at Lone Star Bakery located in China Grove, Texas; employees were exposed to fire, explosion and toxic gas release hazards when the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed.
