29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a.) At the worksite, located at 16680 Oriole Rd Fort Myers, FL 33913; On or about 10/25/23, the employer exposed employees to respiratory infections, in that, the employer did not train employees on the hazards of the chemicals they used such as Rust Oleum metallic spray paints, Lenmar Solvents & Additives and Lenmar Duralaq base paints.
