29 CFR 1926.1211(c)(1): Each authorized entrant did not use a chest or full body harness, with a retrieval line: a) Greenwich Drive Feeds Into Pacific Boulevard, West Windsor NJ: On or about 10/12/23 the company worksite Foreman and an employee did not ensure the authorized entrant(s) was wearing a chest or full body harness with a retrieval line attached while working in confined spaces. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILUE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
