29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Electric equipment was used without markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary: a) On or about October 6, 2023, and at times prior to, at 1995 Elsa Street, Naples, FL 34109, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the 480V emergency stop panel, the 480V feeder panel, the 480V magnet panel, the 480V main panel, and the 480V mill panel for the Eagle Crusher Machine Model 1200-25 were marked/labeled to indicate the function/purpose, voltage, and other warnings to protect employees from accidental contact with energized parts or to disconnect power during emergency.
