29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22):Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: Employees engaged in roofing operations located at 842 South Kansas Ave, Hastings, Nebraska 68901 were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were carrying 70lb shingle bundles on their shoulders when climbing up a ladder to the roof of the residential structure.
