29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a- 33 Halsey Street, Lakewood NJ: On or about 09/14/23 a portable electric circular saw, in use by the workers and company worksite Foreman, were observed being powered with a flexible cord whose outer covering was missing and damaged in several areas exposing the cord's inner wiring to damage.
