29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(ii): Containers were not stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering. On or about August 23, 2023, and at times prior thereto, a propane cannister was kept outside the propane cage at the facility, exposing employees to fire hazards as a result of the container not being protected from tampering.
