29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2):Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: (a) South side of house - On or about July 24, 2023, the employer had his guys erect and use the wooden scaffolding that had no baseplates under the post or uprights to prevent the post from sinking into the groung exposing employees to fall hazards.
