29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. a) Production Floor: On or about, July 31, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an electrical hazard, in that an unused opening was not closed on the top of a "Square D" electrical safety switch box containing conductors energized to 460 volts mounted to the table on the infeed side of the "Mattison Machine Works" model 404 straight-line rip saw, used by employees to turn the straight-line rip saw on and off during the production of molding trim.
