29 CFR 1910.179(b)(5): The rated load of the crane(s) was not plainly marked on each side of the crane: (a) This violation occurred on July 27, 2023, where a stationary overhead gantry crane in the finishing department was being operated with two chain hoists attached to it and the rated load of the crane was not plainly marked on each side of the crane exposing employees to a struck-by hazard in the event of failure due to overloading.
