29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replace: On or about August 8, 2023, at 1000 SE 8th St, Hialeah, FL 33010, the employer did not ensure a welding ground cable with damaged insulation and exposed bare conductors were replaced therefore, exposing employees to injuries related to electrical shock hazard.
