29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On and/or before July 25, 2023, multiple appliances/machines such as refrigerator, microwave and the 4x8 Maverick Legacy Woodworking Machinery were plugged into a relocatable power tap in which were not used according to listing and labeling instructions. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire hazard(s).
