29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). LOCATION: jobsite locate at 19 Newport Ave. On or about June 29th, 2023 the employees of Sean Farrell Excavation were exposed to cave in hazards while working in a trench over 5 feet deep where cave in protection was not used.
