29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: On or about June 29, 2023, at a workplace located at 5843 Tower Drive, Florence, Wisconsin in the Sawmill and Planer Building; employees were required to perform various maintenance and servicing tasks on equipment and machinery including but not limited to, the Gang Saw and the McDonough ReSaw, the employer failed to perform periodic inspections on any of their energy control procedures to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were followed.
