29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about June 27, 2023, fire extinguishers that where mounted were not identified with signs identifying their location, exposing employees to hazards such as but not limited to burns and smoke inhalation.
