29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. 2601 Central Avenue, Union City, NJ 07087 Employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 30 feet to the ground while performing work from a JLG aerial lift without the means of fall protection as employees did not utilize harnesses with a lanyard attached to the basket.
