29 CFR 1910.120(g)(3)(i):Personal protective equipment (PPE) which would protect employees from the hazards and potential hazards they were likely to encounter as identified during the site characterization and analysis was not selected and/or used: On or about May 31, 2023, and at times prior thereto, emergency response personnel used latex and nitrile nonindustrial gloves for emergency response purposes. This conditions exposed employee to contact hazards with chemicals.
