29 CFR 1910.151(c): Medical and first aid. Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) On or about May 23, 2023, Sugarcreek Packing Company located in Washington Court House, OH did not ensure that adequate first aid was provided after employee exposure to corrosive chemicals located in the bottom of the Tree Wash in that the emergency shower located near the Tree Wash was not serviceable for use.
