29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: JP Industries, various facilities throughout Fort Huachuca: Employees are responsible for custodial activities and use a variety of cleaning chemicals daily. The chemicals contain minimally hazardous glycolic acids, alcohols, various fragrances, more acutely toxic Category 2 ammonium disinfectants, and dangerous chemicals such as Category 4 floor stripper. The employer did not have a written Hazard Communication Program.
