29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): On or about May 10, 2023, in the warehouse and production floor two forklifts, Hyster (Sit-down) Model # S50XL / Serial # C18ZV12044S and Yale (Sit-down) Model #E846052 were being operated with tires that were cracked and worn. This condition exposed employees to tip over hazards.
