29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer did not train each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment. a. at 1528 West Vine Street Kissimmee, Florida: On or about May 2, 2023, employees using ladders such as step, multi-position, and rolling for work activities such as retrieving merchandise from racking systems were not trained, exposing them to fall hazards.
