29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel: a) At Warehouse 145 Schmitt Boulevard, Farmingdale NY 11735. On or about April 19th, 2023, Electric circuit breaker was blocked by pallets containing HVAC equipment. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
