29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2023, exit routs are not kept free and unobstructed from storage and materials in the southeast corner of the shop. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure pathways leading to exits are maintained free from obstruction.
