29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(2): The employer did not perform initial monitoring to determine each employee's exposure to methylene chloride: a) Chicago Booth Manufacturing, Inc. located at 5000 W Roosevelt Rd., Chicago, IL 60644: On or about March 29, 2023, the employer failed to perform initial monitoring to determine each employee's exposure to methylene chloride. An employee used Kwik Spray 210 Foam & Fabric Adhesive, which contains methylene chloride, on daily basis in the facility.
