29 CFR 1926.150(f)(1): Fire walls and exit stairways, required for the completed buildings, were not given construction priority. Fire doors, with automatic closing devices, were not hung on openings as soon as practicable: On or about 02/08/2023, the employer did not ensure that stairways were given construction priority. While performing framing operations on a three (3) story commercial building, employees were using single ladders to access/exit upper levels.
