29 CFR 1910.263(i)(7)(i): Underside(s) of conveyor(s) were not completely enclosed where they passed over a main aisleway, regularly occupied work area, or passageway to prevent broken chains or other material from falling: On or about March 13th, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees occupying the dough chunker in the bakery routinely walk under a conveyor that is not enclosed, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
