29 CFR 1910.307(c)(2): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not safe for the hazardous (classified location), nor approved for the hazardous (classified) location or the ignitable or combustible properties of the specific gas, vapor, dust or fiber that was present: a) Wood Shop area - On or about 3/14/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that, the electrical equipment such as, but not limited to electrical boxes used to power the fans located in Class II Division 2 locations were not intrinsically safe nor approved for the hazardous Class II combustible dust location.
