Location: a) On the second floor of the jobsite at 126 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10013: On or about March 7, 2023, a masonry wall was used as a retaining wall against piled debris and was incapable of safely supporting the imposed load. The wall collapsed during demolition operation, and employees were struck by and caught under demolition debris.
