29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work was regulated by this standard, at no cost to the employee, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: a) Worksite Manholes, Mount Laurel NJ: On or about 03/02/23 and 03/03/23 the employer did not provide training to employees that entered manholes that were permit required confined spaces. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILUE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
