29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) General Warehouse Area - Employees were required to handle corrosive chemicals, including Swim Pure (Sodium Hypochlorite Solution), Dyna-Chem CIPT Cleaner (Sodium Hydroxide), and lithium-ion battery electrolyte (Sulfuric Acid), and were not provided with an emergency eyewash station in the work area for immediate emergency use, on or about March 1, 2023. b) Offal Storage Room - Employees were required to handle corrosive chemicals, including R-Activator (Phosphoric Acid) and Keeper Professional (Sodium Chlorite) and were not provided with an emergency eyewash station in the work area for immediate emergency use, on or about March 1, 2023.
