29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electric equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted. On or about February 16, 2023, in the staging area of the meat processing section employees were exposed to an electrical hazard by a ceiling junction box not being firmly secured to the ceiling. This exposes employees to an electrical hazard.
