29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Employees are exposed to electrical shock hazards. Employees engaged in maintenance/housekeeping activities in the equipment room were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that a flexible cord is used as a substitute for fixed wiring to power an automatic moisture relief valve. Employees conduct housekeeping activities adjacent to the air compressor area where a housekeeping washer appliance is operated.
