29 CFR 1926.1430(b):The employer did not train each employee assigned as a signal person who did not meet the requirements of 1926.1428(c) in the areas addressed in that paragraph: On or about January 9, 2023, at the job site, employees assigned to signal crane operators for lifting and placing bridge beams were not trained on signaling cranes. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards during crane operations.
